13 December – Problems entering results

There have been a number of cases in recent weeks where Clubs have been unable to enter results after matches.
After some investigation it would appear that this is occurring when the away side presses the confirm button after entering the players’ names before the match.
The confirm button should only be used when confirming the scores after the match.
